Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Sneakerlog AU, all sales are final. Due to the nature of products that are sold within Sneakerlog AU, returns or exchanges will not be provided unless under special circumstances. Each case is unique and will be handled on an individual basis.

Wrong sizing selection or change of mind are NOT considered a valid reason for returns/exchanges and will not be accepted. 

Faulty products are considered valid and will be dealt with, either an exchange (based on stock availability) or refund will be provided upon receiving the returned items. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your item and prior to any item being worn (sneakers) or opened (Pokemon TCG).

Please email us at return@sneakerlogau.com with all details, including order number, the reason of returning the item. We will work on dealing with your case as soon as possible.


CHANGES TO ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please review your shopping cart and shipping information before checking out to avoid any problems with your order.

In the event that you have entered the incorrect shipping details, please notify us at info@sneakerlogau.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Sneakerlog AU accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items if incorrect details have been given.
