All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. If you did not receive order confirmation email, check your junk mail.

All orders placed from Sneakerlog AU online are delivered by Australia Post. Tracking will be provided upon shipping confirmation.

Please note that for pre-order products, items will only be shipped after the release date stated on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order product is released.

From dispatch, the expected delivery time Australia wide via Australia Post are as follow:

*Free Express Shipping on all orders over $300.
